Tshirts/Sweaters: Waist - measured flat, from one side to the other side Chest - measured flat from one side to the other side Body Length - from the shoulder to the bottom of the top/jumper Joggers/Shorts: Waist - measured flat across the waist band. Inner Leg - measured from the crotch to the bottom of the leg Thigh Diameter - measured flat across the widest part of the thigh
