Acute cortisol release is a necessary stress response of training which helps to fuel the muscles, manage physical stress and give the body the energy and focus it needs to perform.
However, post training we want to immediately reduce that cortisol, promote recovery and allow the body to repair and recover efficiently, allowing for maximum progress.
UNWIND combines the patented KSM-66 Ashwagandha, along with l-theanine, l-taurine and two variations of magnesium.
The synergy of these science-backed ingredients are extremely effective at inducing a calm state and lowering cortisol.
