During a calorie deficit, fatigue often increases, so it’s really important that intensity during cardio sessions can be maintained in order to see continued benefit.
With a deficit, and after long periods of using cardio, metabolism will slow, fitness will increase and the body will become more efficient at doing the same work with less available fuel.
I’m sure many can relate to that feeling, 3 weeks out from a shoot or show, legs start to feel very heavy during cardio, and reaching the target HR becomes more difficult!
This is where CV-Burn is the ultimate intensity stimulator! This will allow you to push through those tough cardio sessions as if you were fresh!
We don’t advise CV-Burn in an off-season setting, as it is simply not needed. When very deep into a diet, a second serving could be used to help get through the day, or if you have a second cardio session.

Mix one scoop (3g) or one and a half scoops .com (4.5g) with 150-250ml of cold water in your shaker.
To assess your tolerance take 1 scoop (3g) 30 minutes before your cardio session. For experienced users take 1 and a half scoops (4.5g) 30 minutes before your cardio session.
