D3 & K2

Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 are essential vitamins that work synergistically together to regulate calcium levels, promote bone, skin, heart health and also act on brain function, which in turn can improve mood and well being.

Uncontrolled calcium can form stony deposits in the heart valves, arteries and elsewhere in the body. When Vitamin D3 is combined with K2, it helps to direct calcium away from the brain, heart, blood vessels, and other soft tissues towards bone, teeth and nails. It's also essential for the clotting processes required for wound healing.

The majority of the Western population are deficient in Vitamin D and it's sometimes difficult to get sufficient amounts of K2 through food alone, therefore the supplementation of both synergistically will ensure the correct dose for optimal health benefits.

We use a patented version of Vitamin K2, which ensures guaranteed quality control of the patented raws.
We also use Vitamin D3 derived from plant algae, meaning it can be used by everyone, without any lack of quality.
