Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 are essential vitamins that work synergistically together to regulate calcium levels, promote bone, skin, heart health and also act on brain function, which in turn can improve mood and well being.

When Vitamin D3 is combined with K2, it helps to direct calcium away from the brain, heart, blood vessels, and other soft tissues towards bone, teeth and nails.
