Background:
I’ve been passionate about competitive sports from a young age and used to horse ride to a high level, I’ve been riding since I was 3. This drive for performance naturally led me to study Sports Science at university.
In 2016, I began my journey in bodybuilding, initially competing in the Figure category for three years before making the switch to Wellness in 2021. I earned my pro card during my first season as a Wellness athlete and went on to compete as a professional in 2024, placing in the top 10 at both shows.
With over six years of experience as an online coach, I now run Limitless Physiques and have a coach working underneath me too. My mission is to help others unlock their full potential, both physically and mentally.
